Summary:

KGK Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communication department. This full-time, permanent role involves leading and executing marketing strategies within the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, from planning and execution to business development and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Oversee daily marketing activities, including planning and execution phases.</li>
 <li>Drive business development through market research and location identification, both directly and through channel partners.</li>
 <li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.</li>
 <li>Prepare and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for top management.</li>
 <li>Implement marketing strategies for prospect generation through diverse channels.</li>
 <li>Manage press relations, special events, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.</li>
 <li>Coordinate website management, social/digital media planning and execution, trade show/property show exhibitions, and promotional activities.</li>
 <li>Foster strong relationships and coordination with sales and PR departments.</li>
 <li>Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in any field is required.</li>
 <li>8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Gems & Jewellery or related industry.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in Offline Marketing and ATL/BTL strategies.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated ability in Real Estate Marketing or similar location-based marketing.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of market research and business development principles.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management.</li>
 <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.</li>
 <li>Experience in managing and executing promotional campaigns.</li>
