Summary:

Marriott is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operational efficiency within our Hotels & Restaurants department. This full-time, permanent role involves managing various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to enhance guest and employee satisfaction. The Operations Manager will focus on achieving financial goals, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Assist in successfully executing all operations in hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage.</li>
 <li>Manage and develop staff, ensuring they meet or exceed hospitality requirements.</li>
 <li>Monitor guest satisfaction results and develop strategies to improve guest experiences.</li>
 <li>Review financial statements and performance data to identify areas for cost reduction and program improvement.</li>
 <li>Conduct human resources activities, including interviewing and hiring.</li>
 <li>Ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or High school diploma/GED required.</li>
 <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in leading and motivating teams within a hospitality environment.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of financial statements, sales reports, and performance data analysis.</li>
 <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.</li>
</ul>

 <li>Knowledge of quality audit processes.</li>
