<div class="job-description">Summary:RBL Bank is seeking a skilled UX & Application Designer to drive design excellence across our digital banking platforms. This role involves end-to-end ownership of UX/UI design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for user-centered design.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end UX/UI design for digital initiatives (mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise systems).</li><li>Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define experience strategy and design direction.</li><li>Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.</li><li>Create and deliver high-quality wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and user flows.</li><li>Drive hands-on design execution from concept to final engineering hand-off.</li><li>Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to improve experiences.</li><li>Present design solutions to senior stakeholders and act as a UX subject matter expert.</li></ul>Qualifications / Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating design depth and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills / Attributes<ul><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).</li><li>Highly independent and outcome-driven with a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</li></ul></div>
