JiBe is a cloud-based based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Summary:

Jibe Development Services is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Executive (QHSE) to guide new clients through the implementation of our cloud-based ERP system, specifically the procurement module. This full-time, permanent role within the Ports & Shipping industry requires a proactive individual to build strong client relationships, provide training, and ensure successful system adoption. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in end-to-end implementation and project management to optimize procurement operations and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Lead the end-to-end implementation of the JiBe procurement module for new clients, ensuring successful project completion.</li>
 <li>Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders to foster trust and brand loyalty.</li>
 <li>Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client management teams on the JiBe system.</li>
 <li>Configure the JiBe procurement module according to client specifications.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the support team for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.</li>
 <li>Monitor system performance and data integrity, making necessary adjustments to optimize procurement operations.</li>
 <li>Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the system's potential.</li>
 <li>Introduce new features to existing clients and support their adoption.</li>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.</li>
 <li>5+ years of experience in leading end-to-end system implementations, including data population, configuration, and system testing.</li>
 <li>Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive projects to completion.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.</li>
 <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across various departments and levels within the organization.</li>
 <li>Familiarity with system integrations, data imports, and exports between ERP systems and other databases.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile.</li>
 <li>Experience with SQL or other database management systems.</li>
 <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.</li>
 <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.</li>
