Summary:

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a Senior Executive to join their Finance & Accounting department, specializing in Business Valuations and Modeling. This full-time, permanent position requires a candidate with 0-3 years of experience to develop and review complex valuation models, collaborate with teams, and manage client relationships. The role involves project execution, team guidance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the defined competency area.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Develop and review valuation models of varying complexities for entities of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries.</li>
 <li>Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and recommending solutions.</li>
 <li>Prioritize objectives and contribute to project execution and status reporting.</li>
 <li>Provide guidance to, supervise, and review the work of junior team members.</li>
 <li>Directly liaise with and develop relationships with client and engagement team members.</li>
 <li>Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them.</li>
 <li>Focus team on key priorities and ensure smooth service delivery within the defined competency/geographical area.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance with good grades.</li>
 <li>0-3+ years of relevant valuations work experience.</li>
 <li>In-depth understanding of financial and valuation principles.</li>
 <li>Experience with purchase price allocation and Impairment testing of goodwill and intangibles as per accounting standards (IFRS).</li>
 <li>Financial modeling experience, mainly of building valuation models.</li>
 <li>Strong analytical and project management skills.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Experience with any of the Big 4 firms or leading investment banks.</li>
 <li>Advanced knowledge of using various research databases like CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Thomson, etc.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
 <li>Agile and adaptable to changing environments.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in MS Excel.</li>
