Summary:

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Germany. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, manage clinical documentation, and supervise junior staff. The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree or diploma, have RN registration, and be eager to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Deliver high-quality acute and chronic care, including patient examination, follow-up, and crisis communication.</li>
 <li>Manage daily clinical documentation, journaling, and unit-level operational responsibilities.</li>
 <li>Supervise junior staff and students while serving as the primary point of contact for patients' families.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery required.</li>
 <li>0-5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year of bedside experience preferred.</li>
 <li>Active RN registration in India is mandatory.</li>
 <li>Must be between 20 and 35 years of age.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in German at a minimum B1 level is required.</li>
</ul>

 <li>Strong patient care skills and a compassionate approach.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
