Summary:

Takecare Manpower Services is seeking enthusiastic Voice Process Executives for their Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills in regional languages. Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.</li>
 <li>Communicate effectively in regional languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, etc.) and English.</li>
 <li>Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.</li>
 <li>Follow established protocols and guidelines.</li>
 <li>Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>High School Diploma/12th pass or Any Graduate.</li>
 <li>Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.</li>
 <li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, etc.).</li>
 <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
 <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.</li>
 <li>Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
 <li>Familiarity with CRM systems.</li>
 <li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li>
