Summary:

Iridium Cloud Systems is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting department. This full-time, permanent position requires a detail-oriented professional to manage accounting functions, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely filings, and support audits, contributing to the financial health of our Hardware & Networking company.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Maintain accurate books of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.</li>
 <li>Perform monthly and annual closings, including bank reconciliations.</li>
 <li>Prepare periodic financial reports such as P&L and Balance Sheet.</li>
 <li>Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS.</li>
 <li>Handle ROC and Companies Act filings.</li>
 <li>File all required statutory returns within due dates and ensure timely payment of liabilities.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance is required.</li>
 <li>5-8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.</li>
 <li>Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Companies Act requirements.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li>
 <li>Experience as Senior Accountant with independent handling of compliance & reporting and Senior Level Audit management.</li>
 <li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Experience with Tally or Tally ERP.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet finalization.</li>
 <li>Experience with accounts finalization and bookkeeping.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of taxation and financial reporting best practices.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
