<div class="job-description">Summary:Powerweave seeks an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, concise documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS and AI/ML technologies and be proficient in using authoring tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our documentation meets the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather technical details.</li><li>Develop subject-matter expertise in our SaaS and AI/ML products.</li><li>Plan and manage content strategy for optimal user comprehension.</li><li>Utilize CMS or Help Authoring Tools (HATs) such as MadCap Flare.</li><li>Maintain documentation standards and style guides.</li></ul>Qualifications / Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.</li><li>Experience with help authoring tools like MadCap Flare.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills / Attributes<ul><li>Experience with API documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (Git).</li><li>Understanding of SEO best practices.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.</li></ul></div>
