Summary:

BOMBAY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY (BIS) is seeking a results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee security operations in Chennai, Jaipur, or Pune. This full-time, permanent position within our Security Services department requires a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in the security industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing security personnel, client relations, and ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Manage a large number of security guards across various sites.</li>
 <li>Provide manpower as per client requirements.</li>
 <li>Prepare various reports related to security guard performance.</li>
 <li>Conduct onsite training for security guards on discipline, physical training, and drills.</li>
 <li>Maintain good liaison and follow-up with clients regarding billing and recovery.</li>
 <li>Handle legal matters that may arise within the assigned area.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree or 12th-grade completion is required.</li>
 <li>Minimum 5-8 years of field work experience in the security industry.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and computer proficiency.</li>
 <li>Must possess a valid driving license and be able to ride a bike.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of security operations and security services.</li>
 <li>Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.</li>
</ul>
