Summary:

PwC Service Delivery Center is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Technical professional to join our Engineering - Software & QA department. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM, with a strong understanding of SAP data dictionary objects and experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, ABAPOO, CRM WebUI, BOL/GenIL programming.</li>
 <li>Understand and work on integration objects with SAP BW-IP, S/4 HANA using SAP CRM Middleware.</li>
 <li>Perform strong hands-on debugging and root cause analysis for complex issues across CRM components.</li>
 <li>Develop custom reports, interfaces, and conversions based on business requirements.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.</li>
 <li>Optimize code performance and ensure best practices in SAP ABAP development are followed.</li>
 <li>Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.</li>
 <li>Provide technical documentation for all developments, including functional and technical specifications.</li>
 <li>Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues as needed.</li>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li>
 <li>5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of SAP data dictionary objects (tables, views, structures), and performance tuning.</li>
 <li>Experience with ABAP CRM and SAP ABAP CRM Middleware.</li>
 <li>Experience with SAP applications using ABAP, ABAPOO, CRM WebUI, BOL/GenIL programming.</li>
 <li>Ability to work in rotational shifts.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA and working on S/4HANA Trade Management or Revenue Growth Management migration or implementation projects.</li>
 <li>Experience working in an Agile team environment.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
 <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li>
 <li>Ability to stay updated on SAP advancements and emerging technologies.</li>
