Rahee Track Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (RTT) RTT is involved in manufacturing of Railway turnouts and permanent way products. Rahee started its Turnout operations in 1994. In the year 2006 a new state of the art Turnout unit was established at Jangalpur near Kolkata to improve and consolidate the production base and infuse new technology into the manufacturing processes. Today, RTT owns the most modern plant in the country and manufactures and exports Switches, Crossings, Turnouts, Improved Switch Expansion Joints, Switch Setting Devices, Glued Insulated Joints and Steel Sleepers. Our InfrastructureA huge ultra modern infrastructure facility is built by us for manufacturing products in bulk. All require perquisite and amenities are available in our unit. Summary:

Rahee Infratech is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects within the Engineering & Construction industry. This full-time, permanent role requires a professional with a strong background in project execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success through effective planning, budget control, risk mitigation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Overseeing all aspects of project implementation, from planning to final execution.</li>
 <li>Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li>
 <li>Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.</li>
 <li>Managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and minimizing financial risks.</li>
 <li>Identifying potential project risks and implementing preventive measures.</li>
 <li>Acting as a liaison between management, clients, contractors, and external agencies.</li>
 <li>Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and environmental standards.</li>
 <li>Ensuring proper documentation of project milestones, approvals, and compliance reports.</li>
 <li>Negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring timely material procurement.</li>
 <li>Leading, mentoring, and motivating project teams for high performance.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.</li>
 <li>10-15 years of experience in project management within the Engineering & Construction industry, with a focus on railway projects.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in Project Execution, Contract Management, and Stakeholder Management.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of Safety Management and Quality Management principles.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing project teams.</li>
 <li>Experience with Metro Rail and Ballastless Track projects is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills / Attributes

<ul>
 <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.</li>
 <li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li>
 <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
