Summary:

Infosearch BPO Services is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Hindi Domestic Voice Process role within our Customer Success, Service & Operations department. This full-time, permanent position involves handling customer queries through both inbound and outbound calls. We are looking for candidates passionate about customer service and sales, with fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

 <li>Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications / Requirements

<ul>
 <li>Any graduate degree is preferred.</li>
 <li>Must be fluent in Hindi (Mandatory), English & Tamil.</li>
 <li>Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Voice Process are welcome.</li>
 <li>Demonstrate a passion for Sales, Customer Service, and customer interaction.</li>
 <li>Must be flexible to work in rotational day shifts (6 days a week) with rotational week offs.</li>
